Booking
Route
The event includes an ascent to the Doss dei Gembri Refuge, with a mass start from Peio Fonti at 7:00 PM (approximately 6 km in length and 1,000 m elevation gain). The ascent route will be decided based on snow conditions. The return will follow the Gembri and Tarlenta slopes as usual.
Participants
The event is open to participants of both genders equipped with ski mountaineering skis with skins, a headlamp or flashlight. A backpack containing essential spare clothing, technical gear, and the use of a helmet is recommended. Cross-country skis or trekking equipment are not allowed. Minors must have parental authorization to participate.
Registration
Registration fee: €35.00. Registrations, for organizational reasons, can be made:

At the Tourist Information Office in Peio Fonti or at the Consorzio Pejo 3000 office in Cogolo (open 9:00-12:00 / 4:00-6:00 PM), with the payment of the €35.00 fee.

Through the dedicated online form with the simultaneous payment of €35.00. Multiple registrations (and related payments) are allowed. Name, surname, year of birth, group affiliation, email, and phone contact will be required.
Registration will close strictly when the maximum number of 1,000 (one thousand) participants is reached.
In the event of non-participation, the registration fee will not be refunded, but registered participants will still be entitled to collect their race package, even after the event date.
Bib and Race Package Collection
On the day of the event, starting at 5:00 PM, at the cable car departure garage.
Dinner
After the event, dinner will be available at refuges, restaurants, and pizzerias in Peio Fonti, as indicated on the meal voucher provided when collecting the race bib. Since the distribution among the various restaurants is based on group affiliation, it is important to specify this during registration.
Results and Awards Ceremony
The awards ceremony will take place at the theater of the Peio Fonti Thermal Center at approximately 11:00 PM. Participants will be divided into male and female categories. The top ten men and the top ten women will be awarded.
There will be a special Under-18 ranking (born on or after January 1, 2006) with the Carletto Canella Trophy awarded.
The top 10 largest groups will also be awarded, with the 10th Memorial Roberto Casanova Trophy presented to the largest group. Additionally, the youngest and oldest male and female participants will be recognized.
All participants will receive a race package as a souvenir of the event (sweatshirt).
Prize Draw
During the awards ceremony, numerous prizes will be raffled among participants. The drawn prizes (except the last one) can be collected immediately, even by someone other than the athlete. However, the final prize will only be awarded if the participant is present.

Cancellation
If the event is canceled, the registration fee will not be refunded, but registered participants will still be entitled to collect their race package.
By registering, participants release the organizers from all civil and criminal liability for any damage to persons or property that may occur before, during, or after the event. However, the Organizing Committee declares that it has taken out civil liability insurance for risks arising from the event.
