The wellness area has been built with warm, carefully selected materials. Occupying an entire floor, it is divided into two areas: the 'warm' area with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, Roman baths and a steam bath and the 'wet' area with, instead, hydro-massage, a cervical spine waterfall, a Kneipp path, icefall, 'emotional' showers and Scottish showers. At any time, you can relax in rooms featuring saline diffusion, in the chromotherapy rooms or the herbal tea lounge. The wellness center is directly connected to the solarium zone, the fitness area, the pool area and the massage/beauty zone.

The achievement of particular sports performances or simply the need for a workout aimed at improving the quality of life require specific programs in the gym. The center is equipped with Technogym equipment for isotonic exercises and cardio-fitness and is equipped with a gym where you can keep fit and improve your physical resistance.

Swimming is the ideal exercise to strengthen and tone the body. Movements are easier in water and swimming improves the correct balance of muscles and joints. The pool is suitable for children of all ages who have fun diving there. The facility staff organize several activities, such as one-to-one courses, swimming, water aerobics and hydrobike courses.

Gradual manipulations and pressure help to loosen muscle contractures, soothe pain and drain excess water. In the Spa Center, alongside the more traditional techniques that are used to rehabilitate specific body areas, you can experiment with treatments of eastern origin for general relaxation and energy rebalancing. The treatments include general massage or anti-stress, sports, rehabilitation massage, Vodder lymphatic drainage treatment, Ayurveda and Shiatsu massage, hot stone treatment and foot reflexology.

The beauty treatments complete the purifying action of mineral water, promoting skin hydration and cell renewal. The treatments, for the face and body, take advantage of formulas based on thermal water and local products, such as apple, blueberry, gentian, edelweiss and arnica. These components help maintain the skin's elasticity and brightness and have an anti-aging action.

The products are formulated with Fonte Alpina Thermal Water, Antica Fonte Thermal Water and local ingredients, such as apple, blueberry, gentian, edelweiss and arnica, without added preservatives and dyes.
