Orienteering is an activity that combines a passion for nature, the thrill of adventure, and the mental challenge of navigation, rooted in the human ability to navigate and orient oneself in natural environments, encouraging active and mindful exploration of the surrounding world. Participants will navigate along a predetermined course using only a map and a compass. The challenge is to find the fastest and most efficient way to reach a series of checkpoints distributed throughout the area. This activity requires not only good physical fitness but also skills in map reading, the ability to make quick decisions, and precise orientation. The compass is a fundamental tool in orienteering, allowing participants to maintain a precise direction. Learning to use it effectively is essential to discover all the checkpoints.

WHAT TO EXPECT/ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

The goal is to complete the course in the shortest time possible, visiting all checkpoints in the correct order. Orienteering is a challenge that combines physical, mental, and navigation skills, offering an adventurous and stimulating outdoor experience.
