To practice Forest Bathing, you don't need specific physical preparation. All you need to do is walk calmly in the forest, breathe slowly and deeply, look around and admire the surrounding environment, listen to the sounds of nature... and relax, giving yourself time for yourself

EQUIPMENT AND CLOTHING 

Wear comfortable clothing. Leave distractions behind: turn off your cell phone and try to let go of all the distractions of daily life. Try to be fully present in the experience. Observe the details of nature around you, feel the wind, listen to the sounds of birds and animals.
